Adani Enterprises has announced a Rs 500 crore NCD issue that offers interest rate of up to 9.30 per cent per annum. The base size issue is Rs 500 crore, with an option to retain over-subscription.The issue opens on Wednesday, July 9 and closes on July 22, a company statement said. This is Adani Enterprises’ second public issuance of secured, rated, listed redeemable, non-convertible debentures. The proposed NCDs have been rated “Care AA-; Stable” and “[ICRA]AA- (Stable)“. CARE Ratings first upgraded the credit rating of AEL on February 19, 2025 and reaffirmed the rating on 18 June 2025. Meanwhile, Adani Group’s flagship flagship firm announced setting up a petrochemical cluster in Mundra. Within this cluster, it is constructing a PVC manufacturing plant with a capacity of 1 million tonnes per annum, two sources aware of the matter said. The facility is slated for commissioning by fiscal 2028 (April 2027 to March 2028 financial year).

The Odisha government has issued a demand notice of Rs 1,902.72 crore on Tata Steel Limited for alleged shortfall in dispatch of minerals from the company’s Sukinda chromite block.Tata Steel Ltd has received a demand letter from the Deputy Director of Mines, Jajpur, concerning a revised assessment linked to a shortfall in mineral dispatches from its Sukinda chromite block. The demand relates to the fourth year of the Mine Development and Production Agreement, covering the period from July 23, 2023, to July 22, 2024. 

The Indian Air Force will get at least half-a-dozen Tejas Light Combat Aircraft by March 2026, the chief of Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., which is manufacturing the cutting-edge fighter jets, has disclosed. He attributes the delivery delays to GE Aerospace missing deadline for supply of its engines.

BEML has secured two export orders worth $6.23 million for supply of heavy-duty bulldozers and motor graders in the CIS region. The company has secured two distinct orders, including a CIS nation for the supply of 10 units of its heavy-duty bulldozers, specially engineered to perform in extreme cold climates with temperatures plunging as low as -50°C. The second, maiden-order from Uzbekistan, includes the supply of one unit of the high-performance motor grader, essential for infrastructure development and road maintenance within mining operations.

Oriental Trimex plans to divest land assets and a small granite unit in Odisha to reduce expenses and streamline operations. According to a business update shared on stock exchanges, the Odisha-based company said it plans to divest seven acres of land in the Somnathpur Industrial Estate, Balasore, and a small granite unit in the Rairangpur Industrial Area in Mayurbhanj district of the state.

UltraTech Cement has clarified that it is not under investigation by the fair trade regulator CCI over alleged contravention of competition norms in tenders floated by state-run oil major ONGC. Whiteland Corporation has awarded construction work orders worth Rs 2,000 crore to Ahluwalia Contracts and Kalpataru Projects for its upcoming housing project in Gurugram. The company will develop a 20-acre housing project on Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram, comprising around 1,700 apartments. In the first phase, the company has launched around 1,400 units for sale. The prices of apartments start from Rs 6.5 crore.

Garware Technical Fibres has made investment by way of subscription to 93.94 lakh shares of GBP 1.00 each, to be issued by its wholly owned subsidiary Garware Technical Fibres UK, UK (GTF UK). The share capital raised by GTF UK shall be utilised for the acquisition of 100% of the issued equity shares of Offshore and Trawl Supply AS (OTS) and Advanced Mooring Supply AS (AMS), Norwegian Target Companies. On completion of above transaction OTS and AMS will become a Wholly Owned Subsidiaries of GTF UK and consequently, step-down wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company. The acquisition is likely to be completed on or before July 31, according to a statement by GTF.

In a disclosure to the exchanges Power & Instrumentation (Gujarat) said that it has received an order worth Rs. 2.59 crore (including GST) from Nyati Engineering & Construction for design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning of ELV raceways and cable tray work at Udaipur Air Terminal, Rajasthan. The order is to be executed within 6 months. The total cumulative value of work orders received for the Udaipur Air Terminal project now stands at Rs 56.36 crore.
