Revolt Motors enters Nepal market, plans 15 showrooms
Revolt Motors, India’s leading electric motorcycle company, announced today its expansion into Nepal with plans to open its first showroom in Kathmandu next month. The company has partnered with Nepal’s MV Dugar Group to establish fifteen showrooms across major Nepalese cities within the next 3-4 months.
The shares of RattanIndia Enterprises Limited were trading at ₹42.85, up by ₹0.80 or 1.90 per cent on the NSE today at 12.13 pm.
The Kathmandu flagship store, scheduled to open in April 2025, will showcase Revolt’s complete product range including the RV400, RV400 BRZ, RV1, RV1+, and the newly launched RV BlazeX. The company will also provide accessories, merchandise, and after-sales service at all dealership locations.
“Nepal is a key strategic market for Revolt Motors, given its strong push for clean energy and growing demand for sustainable mobility,” said Anjali Rattan, Chairperson of RattanIndia Enterprises Limited, Revolt’s parent company. She indicated plans for further expansion into Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Moti Lal Dugar, Chairman of Dugar Brothers & Sons, expressed confidence that Revolt’s electric motorcycles will resonate with Nepalese customers amid growing awareness of eco-friendly transportation.
The Nepal expansion follows Revolt’s successful entry into Sri Lanka. The company plans to offer early-bird promotional offers to encourage adoption of electric motorcycles in Nepal and will provide comprehensive training to dealership personnel.
