NTPC Q4 results, share price live: Profit rises 22% to ₹7,897 cr, shares up
State-owned power giant NTPC on Saturday reported a nearly 22 per cent rise in consolidated net profit to ₹7,897.14 crore in the March quarter of FY25, aided by higher revenue from its generation business.
The power major had reported a net profit of ₹6,490.05 crore in the January-March period of 2023-24, the company said in an exchange filing.
Shares up 1.13% on the NSE to ₹348.50 as at 9.45 am, after opening higher at ₹351.

Reliance Infrastructure Q4 results live: Share price in focus
Reliance Infrastructure shares declined 2.59% on the NSE to ₹297.55 as at 9.41 am, after opening flat at ₹306.90.
It reported consolidated net profit for the quarter ended March 2025 at ₹4,387.08 crore as against the loss of ₹220.58 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Ashok Leyland reports 38% growth in Q4 FY25 PAT
Ashok Leyland, a flagship of the Hinduja Group, reported profits after tax (PAT) of ₹1,246 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 2025 (Q4FY25) up 38 per cent from ₹900 crore in the same quarter last year.
Revenue from operations for the quarter grew by 6 per cent year on year (y-o-y) to end at ₹11,907 crore. EBITDA for Q4FY25 was at 15 per cent (₹1,791 crore) compared to 14.1 per cent (₹1,592 cr) for the same period last year.
For the full fiscal year revenue grew marginally by 1 per cent at ₹38,753 crore and PAT grew 26 per cent y-o-y at ₹3,303 crore. FY25 EBITDA was at 12.7 per cent (₹4,931 cr) as against 12 per cent (₹4,607 cr) last year.
The stock traded flat at ₹238.49 on the NSE as at 9.38 am

BEML Q4 net profit increases by 12% y-o-y, eyes expansion with new facilities in Madhya Pradesh and Chhatisgarh
Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) Limited, the engineering and manufacturing PSU under the Ministry of Defence recorded a net profit of ₹288 crore in the fourth quarter of FY25, a 12 per cent year-on-year increase from the ₹257 crore in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal.
Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹1,653 crore, a 6 per cent increase compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company also saw a 14 per cent EBITDA growth to ₹427 crore from ₹375 crore.
BEML reported a marginal dip in revenue for the full financial year to ₹4,022 crore against the ₹4,054 crore recorded in FY24. The company said that this was offset by a strong improvement in operational efficiency and profitability. BEML’s annual EBITDA margin improved to 13.20 per cent.
BEML shares traded flat on the NSE at ₹3,739.70 as at 9.35 am.
