Q3 Results Today Highlights 10th Feb: Apollo Hospitals, Eureka Forbes lead Q3 profit surge; Bata, Eicher Motors lag behind


Eureka Forbes Limited, India’s major health and hygiene company, reported a 53.6 per cent year-on-year increase in profit after tax to ₹34.8 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. The company’s revenue from operations grew 11 per cent to ₹597.8 crore in Q3 FY25, marking its fifth consecutive quarter of double-digit growth.

The company’s adjusted EBITDA rose 21.6 per cent to ₹64.4 crore, with margins improving by 94 basis points to 10.8 per cent. Adjusted profit before tax, excluding exceptional items and ESOP, increased 28.7 per cent to ₹52.6 crore.

For the nine-month period ending December 31, 2024, the company’s revenue grew 11.5 per cent to ₹1,823.5 crore, while profit after tax surged 60.3 per cent to ₹112.5 crore compared to the same period last year.

MD and CEO Pratik Pota attributed the growth to strong performance in the product business, particularly highlighting innovations in premium EWPs and Robotics as key growth drivers. This performance comes despite what he described as a “relatively muted demand environment.”

Eureka Forbes, known for its water purification, vacuum cleaning, and air purification products, operates through multiple sales channels including direct sales, retail, e-commerce, and institutional sales, supported by an extensive service network across India.

The shares of Eureka Forbes closed at ₹550.05 up by ₹4.25 or 0.78 per cent on the NSE today.
