One Point One signs term sheet to acquire US Healthcare firm for $45 million
One Point One Solutions Limited (ONEPOINT), an Indian business process management company, announced today it has signed a term sheet to acquire an unnamed US-based healthcare company specialising in Revenue Cycle Management for $45 million, including earnouts.
The shares of One Point One Solutions Limited closed today on the NSE at ₹60.73 up by ₹0.72 or 1.20 per cent.
The proposed acquisition, which is subject to due diligence and regulatory approvals, will add nearshore delivery locations in Uruguay and the Dominican Republic, as well as offshore centres in the Philippines to One Point One’s global operations. The integration process is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2025.
Akshay Chhabra, Chairman and Managing Director of One Point One Solutions, said the target company brings healthcare industry veterans with over 100 years of combined experience. The acquisition aims to strengthen the company’s position in the $410 billion global BPM market in the healthcare vertical.
One Point One Solutions, which recently acquired ITCube Solutions Pvt Limited, currently employs over 5,600 people and operates across multiple locations including Navi Mumbai, Gurgaon, Chennai, Bangalore, Indore, Pune, and Cincinnati, Ohio. The company provides services in customer support, sales, collections, medical record retrieval, tech helpdesk, and backoffice operations to more than 50 clients across various industries.
