Honasa elevates Meetu Mulchandani as Head of Brand Factory
Honasa Consumer Ltd has appointed Meetu Mulchandani as Vice President & Head of Brand Factory, the company announced today. The move underscores the strategic importance of the division responsible for launching and nurturing emerging brands within Honasa’s portfolio.
The shares of Honasa Consumer Ltd were trading at ₹256.25, down by ₹8.80 or 3.32 per cent on the NSE today at 1:35 pm.
Mulchandani, who has been with the company for nearly four years, has played a key role in developing brands like Aqualogica, The Derma Co., Dr. Sheth’s, and Staze. In her expanded role, she will oversee the entire brand creation process, from initial market research to final marketing strategy.
CEO and Co-founder Varun Alagh highlighted Mulchandani’s contribution, noting her ability to transform brands like Aqualogica and Dr. Sheth’s into “100 crore success stories.” The Brand Factory division is central to Honasa’s vision of building India’s largest Beauty and Personal Care (BPC) House of Brands.
With nearly two decades of industry experience, Mulchandani has previously worked with companies including Nyumi, The Mom’s Co., Healthkart, and Mankind Pharma. Honasa currently operates six digital-first beauty and personal care brands, focusing on data-driven innovation and omnichannel distribution.
