Enviro Infra shares rally ahead of board meeting on financial results

The shares of Enviro Infra Engineers Limited were trading at ₹316.92 up by ₹22.51 or 7.65 per cent on the NSE today at 12:55 pm.

Infrastructure firm EIEL has scheduled a critical board meeting on December 18, 2024, to review and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year period ending September 30, 2024.

The company will simultaneously conduct a presentation for analysts and institutional investors following the board meeting, providing insights into its financial performance.

Alongside the financial review, the company has also reiterated its trading window restrictions. The trading window for the company’s securities remains closed from November 30, 2024, and will continue to be restricted until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results to the stock exchanges.
