Emerald Tyre Manufacturers IPO Listing & Share Price Highlights: Stock debuts at 90% premium on NSE Emerge
Emerald Tyre Manufacturers’ initial public offering (IPO) has successfully closed with robust investor participation, indicating strong market interest in the small and medium enterprise (SME) segment.
The issue, priced at ₹95 per share, attracted a total of 8,58,213 applications bidding for 1,81,78,65,600 shares, significantly oversubscribing the offer. Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) emerged as the most enthusiastic segment, contributing 7,97,525 applications worth 95,70,30,000 shares.
Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) submitted 116 applications for 19,14,06,000 shares, with foreign institutional investors accounting for 42 applications totaling 6,62,80,800 shares. Non-Institutional Investors, primarily individual investors, placed 60,572 applications for 66,94,29,600 shares.
The IPO, which opened on 5 December 2024 and closed on 9 December 2024, had a price range between ₹90 and ₹95. The company is set to list on the stock exchanges today, 12 December 2024, marking its debut in the public markets.
