The project, located on a 4.3-acre site in Budigere Cross, Whitefield, will feature 420 residential units, including 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK homes. Brigade Citrine is designed to save around 8,900 tankers of water annually and uses renewable energy for the entire common area lighting.
The project aligns with Brigade Group’s commitment to achieving net-zero emissions by 2045, said Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises.
The company has witnessed strong sales, with 50% of sales coming from 5-6 new launches during the first half of the fiscal year. Despite delays in approval processes, Brigade Enterprises remains optimistic about launching new projects. “We will still see the launches; it’s just a matter of timing,” Shankar noted recently.
Brigade Enterprises has plans for further expansion, including launches in Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bengaluru in H2FY25.
The company also has a 12 million square feet pipeline for upcoming launches in Chennai, focusing on the mid-segment. Brigade expects a significant portion of H2FY25 bookings to come from these new launches.
On a year-to-date basis, Brigade Enterprises’ shares are up by 42%, and the company boasts a market capitalisation of over ₹31,100 crore.
