Bansal Wire’s subsidiary secures land allotment in Gujarat Industrial Estate
Bansal Wire Industries Ltd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, BWI Steel Private Ltd, has received a land allotment from the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) for a new manufacturing facility.
The shares of Bansal Wire Industries were trading at ₹356.45, up by ₹10.10 or 2.92 per cent on the NSE today at 3.20 pm.
According to the company, BWI Steel has been allotted a 170,000 square meter industrial plot in the Sanand-II Industrial Estate. The subsidiary had applied for 200,000 square meters of land in December 2024.
The Gujarat-based expansion follows the company’s earlier announcement about the project in December last year.
