Asian Energy Services reports 52% revenue growth in FY25, shares plunge 6%


The shares of Asian Energy Services Ltd were trading at ₹316.85 down by ₹21.35 or 6.31 per cent on the NSE today at 10.05 am.

Asian Energy Services Ltd (AESL) announced strong financial results for FY25, with revenue increasing 52 per cent year-over-year to ₹465.0 crores. The company’s profit after tax (PAT) grew 65 per cent to ₹42.2 crores, according to its audited financial results released on May 17.

For the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025, AESL reported revenue of ₹215.4 crores, an 81 per cent increase compared to the same period last year. Q4 PAT rose 54 per cent to ₹22.6 crores.

The company revealed plans to acquire UAE-based Kuiper Group for $9.25 million in an all-cash transaction from Gulf Capital. Kuiper reported revenues of approximately US$68 million in calendar year 2024.

AESL maintains a robust order book of ₹973 crores as of March 31, 2025, with operations and maintenance services accounting for 56 per cent, infrastructure projects 36 per cent, and seismic services 8 per cent.

Looking ahead, the company has set a revenue target of ₹650-700 crores for FY26, representing growth of 40-50 per cent over FY25, excluding the Kuiper acquisition impact. Management expects further growth once the acquisition is completed.

The board has proposed a dividend of ₹1 per share, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, AESL plans to establish an employee stock option plan comprising 2 per cent of equity capital to align key talent with long-term growth objectives.
