Ashok Leyland fixes July 16 as record date for 1:1 bonus
For FY25, Ashok Leyland’s revenue grew marginally by 1 per cent at ₹38,753 crore and PAT grew 26 per cent y-o-y at ₹3,303 crore.

Ashok Leyland on Wednesday fixed July 16 as the record date for bonus shares, after shareholders approved the proposal. The company will allot bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 on July 17, the company said in a statement to the exchanges. This would be the second bonus issue from Ashok Leyland, which in 2011 had issued one bonus share for each held. While announcing Q4 and FY25 results in May, its board had approved the bonus proposal.
For FY25, its revenue grew marginally by 1 per cent at ₹38,753 crore and PAT grew 26 per cent y-o-y at ₹3,303 crore. Ashok Leyland ended the FY25 with a net cash of ₹4,242 crore.
