BEL shares in focus, secures orders worth ₹843 crore
The shares of Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) were trading at ₹274.63 up by ₹3.80 or 1.40 per cent on the NSE today at 10.05 am.
Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Defence Public Sector Undertaking, has secured additional orders worth ₹843 crore since its last disclosure on March 6, 2025, according to an annoucement by the company on Monday.
The new contracts include orders for RF seekers, vessel and air traffic management systems, electro-optic repair facilities, radar upgradation, spares, and various services.
With these latest acquisitions, BEL’s total order book for the current financial year has reached ₹14,567 crore, strengthening the company’s position in the defense electronics sector.
BEL, operating under the Ministry of Defence, continues to expand its portfolio in specialized defense and aerospace technologies. The company’s consistent order inflow reflects ongoing investments in India’s defense infrastructure and indigenous manufacturing capabilities.
The company is headquartered in Bangalore and manufactures advanced electronic products for the Indian Armed Forces.
