DEV IT bags ₹1.48 crore contract from Rajya Sabha Secretariat 


DEV Information Technology Limited has won a ₹1.48 crore contract from the Rajya Sabha Secretariat to develop application software and a website, the company announced on February 21, 2025. The project, which spans approximately nine months, includes design, development, implementation, and maintenance services.

The shares of DEV Information Technology Limited were trading at ₹132.01 up by ₹6.55 or 5.22 per cent on the NSE today at 2.30 pm.

The Ahmedabad-based IT company secured this contract amid competition from multiple companies empanelled under the National Informatics Centre (NIC) in Delhi. According to Pranav Pandya, Founder & Chairman of DEV IT, this project will strengthen the company’s position in the e-governance sector and create opportunities for future government collaborations.

DEV IT, established in 1997 and listed on both NSE and BSE, provides various IT services including cloud services, digital transformation, enterprise applications, and managed IT services. The company maintains offices across multiple locations in India and Canada.

The company’s financial performance in FY24 showed revenue of ₹165.12 crore, EBITDA of ₹15.31 crore, and PAT of ₹9.48 crore. With ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and CMMi Level 3 certifications, DEV IT has evolved from a small-scale business automation provider to a global IT services company.
